What is the  Water Activities Scout Fellowship ? -

The  Water Activities Scout Fellowship is a group of adults who share the common interest of Water Activities and come together as a group registered under the umbrella of Scouts Australia, Qld Branch.  Membership is open to *anyone* over the age of 18 years. Due to the association with Scouts Australia, all members must be holders of a current Commission for children "Blue Card" which can be organised when registering as a member of the fellowship.

What Activities can I take part in ? -

All activities of the Fellowship are organized by members, for the benefit of members and their families. Our Fellowship is focused around Water.  So, dependant on the wishes of the members we may canoe/kayak, sail, water ski, or even fish. As part of our obligation to our affiliation with Scouts Queensland, we have undertaken to provide "service" to the association on at least an annual basis. This most likely would take the form of supporting a large water activity for youth members.

How much will it cost me?

Our general information brochure may be viewed or downloaded : HERE.

........Rovers.....Activity fee only $5 per activity

If you don't have  Acrobat Reader you can get it free.....             ....

What about Meetings and Communication ? -

Meetings are held each second month, with our Annual General Meeting due as at 1 April annually.  Our preference is to communicate with members by Email, a link is provided below. A quarterly newsletter is circulated , and is also available on the link above. Past newsletters may be viewed in our Archive.
